The JDC West Business Case Games are in full swing in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where members of the Uleth Business Students are actively participating to win some of the games.
So What the Heck is JDC WEst and why is it so important? For starters, the University of Lethbridge has been sending students to the Games, has hosted the Games, sponsored and actively participated in the Games over the years, so whether you are fresh meat looking to get your skills enhanced, or just want to cheer on our MSS and Business students, then you can start by taking a look at the Rule Book.

As you can see, there are plenty of games and contests, including an Academic, Social, Athletic, and Debate categories. This year, social media got involved, and scoring and judging considered feedback from the Home Universities and students by tallying up the number of social media likes they received on facebook.
Our Uleth students got the short end of the stick on this count because UBC has more students, and had a direct line to their social media team who was able to upvote the skits to an insane level, so they definitely made the top tiers there…
So in case you missed it, make sure to check out the JDC West team and ask questions, and get in touch with the Management team in Markin Hall to get the latest news and updates about the competition, or visit the JDCWest site for more details.
